As honey connoisseurs will confirm, lavender honey is a rare yet highly sought after varietal. Unlike infused honey, true lavender honey is made from bees foraging acres of lavender fields to collect pollen to carry back to their hives. Our resident bees have been hard at work crafting this delicately flavored treat for both their benefit and yours.
All raw honey will begin to crystallize. To re-liquify, place jar in warm water.
