Shipping and Return Policies
We offer free shipping on orders of $50.00 or more.
We ship via USPS and UPS.
Your order should arrive within 2-5 days after shipping. Our shipping team processes orders Monday through Wednesday excluding holidays. Orders placed on other days of the week or after 3:00 pm ET on Wednesday will take extra time to process.
You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you don’t receive that email, please check your spam or junk folder. Shipment notifications will be sent to the same email address used to place the order.
At this time, we only ship to U.S. locations. When we get a little bigger, we’ll likely start shipping internationally. Be sure to follow us on social media ( Instagram / Facebook / YouTube / Twitter ) and join our mailing list (scroll down to the bottom of your screen to enter your email address and sign up) to get the latest news.
You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment.
All sales are final. Exchanges can only be made for different sizes or colors of unworn and unwashed apparel. In order to process an exchange, email us at email@example.com and we’ll take care of it.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order was incomplete, let us know within 10 days so we can make it right.
If you received a defective or damaged product, send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days and enclose a picture of the damaged or defective item. If it turns out to be our mistake, we’ll replace it.
In both cases, we’ll cover the shipping charges. (Please note that if damage occurred during transit and delivery, you are responsible for filing any claims for damaged or lost shipments with the carrier.)
